3. User Responsibility

Customers may voluntarily opt in by providing their mobile phone number and checking a separate optional SMS consent checkbox.

SMS consent is collected separately from acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Accepting these Terms & Conditions does NOT automatically enroll a customer in SMS messaging. SMS consent is collected separately using an independent optional checkbox.

SMS consent is NOT required to:

• Create an AutoTorro account
• Request vehicle service
• Receive quotations
• Contact customer support
• Purchase services
• Use AutoTorro

Transactional SMS messages may include:

• Account verification
• Appointment confirmations
• Vehicle service confirmations
• Booking updates
• Quotation notifications
• Mechanic assignment notifications
• Service reminders
• Customer support communications
